The Service Center can provide assistance to travelers who have lost their passports, among others. In many cases, a temporary travel document can be issued here as a replacement.

Refresh yourself after a long journey—treat yourself to a shower before continuing your trip. For €15 or $18, we offer you a shower including a towel, bath mat, hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

Bottle filling stations and warm water dispensers are available throughout the terminals.

Fraport's medical services are the central point of contact for all medical issues at the airport. They operate the emergency room/airport clinic, the rescue and emergency medical services, and the international vaccination center.

There are pharmacies in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2, as well as in Transit Area Z of Terminal 1. In addition to all standard medicines, they also sell products related to health care, beauty, and vitality.    

You will find the dentist at Frankfurt Airport Center 1 (transit area from Terminal 1).

If you are a non-EU citizen, you can claim back the VAT on purchases made within the EU.

In addition to books and press products, the store also offers all standard services provided by the post office, DHL, and Postbank.

There are mailboxes available at the airport, allowing you to conveniently send your mail before departure.
