You can check the status of your current eSIM and data packets by logging into your Wing eSIM account. Our WiNG eSIM is valid as follows:

• The eSIM expires 6 months after the last data usage
• The data bundle is valid for up to 6 months as long as it is in the eSIM bundle queue.
• The data package expires after a 7- or 30-day counter as soon as data usage is started for the first time.

You can continue to use the same eSIM.

You just need to top up another data package to your original eSIM via the portal and you can continue to use the already installed eSIM with your newly added data package. By adding data packages to the same eSIM, you can easily ensure that you always have an internet connection.

You cannot make regular network calls or send text messages with your eSIM. However, you can keep your existing SIM card active if you want to continue using these services. Just make sure you check the charges with your network operator before you travel.
