Our rental car providers
All major car rental companies are represented in the terminals at Frankfurt Airport. In Terminal 1, the Car Rental Center is located in Hall A in the Airport City Mall area - one level above the regional train station. In Terminal 2 the Car Rental Center is closed. In Terminal 3, the Car Rental Center is located in Hall J.
Your route to the car rental return
Getting to Terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport:
Via the autobahn A3, A5 or motorway B43, follow the signs "Terminal 1" and "Car Rental Return". Then enter the "Car Rental Return".

Getting to Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport:
via the autobahn A5 and take the CargoCity Süd / Terminal 3 exit, then follow the signs for the Terminal 3 parking garage. Use the entry ramp P12 / Car Rental Return Terminal 3 to drive to the car rental return area in the parking garage.
Further important information on returning rental cars at Frankfurt Airport:
- It's possible to return cars from all rental companies at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
- wheego cars - can only be returned in Terminal 3.
- Please don't forget the documents that you received when renting the vehicle.
- Depending on where your flight departs, your car pick-up center and returning center may differ and it could be necessary to change terminals.
- There are two fueling stations, located near Terminals 1 and 2, that you can use to fill the car's tank before returning it.
- If you want to check a rental vehicle's condition together with an agency representative when returning it, please be at the airport earlier so there will be enough time.
The Car Rental Center in Terminal 2 is closed. Please check your car rental center location before returning your car.
