Hausmann's is an all-day concept with a mix of restaurant, bar and takeaway. Away. Home cooking atmosphere and an open kitchen convince with honest Hausmann's food. The food on offer ranges from vegan and vegetarian to meat products from sustainable farming. A craft beer bar with freshly tapped beer from Überquell's own brewery and a takeaway with coffee specialties, freshly baked goods, savory and sweet snacks round off the franchise concept.

Airport gastronomy with quality and authenticity: this is what the Hausmann's restaurant at Frankfurt Airport has stood for for ten years now. TV chef Tim Mälzer and gastronomic multi-concept operator Patrick Rüther have shown with their down-to-earth concept how to delight international travellers with an individual restaurant, cosy atmosphere and exceptional service. Ten years after opening, the operators look with pride at the well-established restaurant and optimistically into the future: "Hausmann's has proven with around 3.5 million guests from all over the world that it works as a feel-good place at high-frequency locations," explains Patrick Rüther. "We still have a lot of plans with our award-winning concept."
