Hausmann's is an all-day establishment that combines a restaurant, bar, and takeaway service. Its home-cooking atmosphere and open kitchen offer honest, home-style cooking. The menu features vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as meat products from sustainable farms. The craft beer bar offers freshly tapped beer from the Überquell brewery, and the takeaway menu features coffee specialties, freshly baked goods, and sweet and savory snacks.

Airport gastronomy with quality and authenticity: this is what the Hausmann's restaurant at Frankfurt Airport has stood for for ten years now. TV chef Tim Mälzer and gastronomic multi-concept operator Patrick Rüther have shown with their down-to-earth concept how to delight international travellers with an individual restaurant, cosy atmosphere and exceptional service. Ten years after opening, the operators look with pride at the well-established restaurant and optimistically into the future: "Hausmann's has proven with around 3.5 million guests from all over the world that it works as a feel-good place at high-frequency locations," explains Patrick Rüther. "We still have a lot of plans with our award-winning concept."
