1889 CANTINE – named after the year in which the mobility company Michelin was founded – is the Michelin company restaurant at the Frankfurt site and has been located in the gastronomy atrium of The Squaire – directly above the long-distance train station of Frankfurt Airport next to Terminal 1 – since April 2022. The 1889 CANTINE team looks forward to welcoming guests, whether on business, pleasure, passing through or regulars.
