InfoGates at the airport
The InfoGate is an interactive, digital communication system operated by the information staff at Frankfurt Airport. With this advanced medium, we are digitally connected to you from a central location and can therefore help you with information at multiple locations. Our staff will help you personally in many languages, connected in a life-size representation. In order to provide you with the best possible support, we will be happy to scan your documents, process them and simply print out your individual information for you in paper form. At the moment, 12 InfoGates are available at various locations in transit and in the public areas of our terminals:
Terminal 1:
- Check-in Hall A (public area, level 2)
- Check-in Hall B (public area, level 2)
- Check-in Hall A-B (Level 3)
- Check-in Hall C (public area, level 2)
- Arrival B - at the meeting point (public area, level 1)
- Pier Z/ non-schengen - opposite from Duty Free (transit, level 3)
- Pier A/ schengen - close to gates A16/17 (transit, level 2)
- Pier B/ non-schengen - close to Goethe Bar (transit, level 2)
- Pier C/D/ non-schengen - opposite from LH- counter (transit, level 3)
Terminal 2:
- Arrival E - at the meeting point (public area, level 2)
- Pier D/E schengen - close to Travel Value (transit, level 2)
- Pier D/E/ non-schengen - close to the Duty Free (transit, level 3)
