The InfoGate is an interactive, digital communication system operated by the information staff at Frankfurt Airport. With this advanced medium, we are digitally connected to you from a central location and can therefore help you with information at multiple locations. Our staff will help you personally in many languages, connected in a life-size representation. At the moment, 12 InfoGates are available at various locations in transit and in the public areas of our terminals:
Terminal 1:
- Check-in Hall A (public area, level 2)
- Check-in Hall B (public area, level 2)
- Check-in Hall A-B (Level 3)
- Check-in Hall C (public area, level 2)
- Arrival B - at the meeting point (public area, level 1)
- Pier Z/ non-schengen - opposite from Duty Free (transit, level 3)
- Pier A/ schengen - close to gates A16/17 (transit, level 2)
- Gallery A/B - transition to the long-distance train station (public area, level 3)
- Pier C/D/ non-schengen - opposite from LH- counter (transit, level 3)
Terminal 2:
- Arrival E - at the meeting point (public area, level 2)
- Pier D/E schengen - close to Travel Value (transit, level 2)
- Pier D/E/ non-schengen - close to the Duty Free (transit, level 3)
