Fraport Visitors' Center –
the start of your multimedia airport adventure.
A festive winter wonderland awaits you at the Frankfurt Airport Visitor Center, with twinkling lights, charming decorations, and a direct view of the apron—a special place where young and old alike can enjoy the Christmas season. On December 6, Santa Claus will also be stopping by and, together with the mascot Fluggi, will be bringing lots of wonderful moments. From 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., he will be handing out small gifts and posing for souvenir photos on his festively decorated throne. Interactive Visitors' Center
Discover fascinating 360-degree adventures, impressive AR worlds, and interactive stations. Here are our highlights at a glance. Please note that our “Motion Ride” is currently out of service due to maintenance work. We apologize for any inconvenience! Our opening hours are usually Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Experience the airport from a whole new perspective—we wish you a lot of fun!

On our 45-minute starter tour, you will experience the airport in a “short and sweet” way.
