Support for passengers with reduced mobility.

The FraCareServices GmbH offers support to disabled passengers and travelers with reduced mobility according to the EU-Regulation 1107-2006.

The mobility service can be requested by contacting the airline or travel agency at least 48 hours prior to departure. This early notification, as required by the EU Regulation, serves the purpose of forwarding the information about the customers' needs to the service provider on time. Direct booking with the service provider is not possible.
