Luggage Allowances
Your baggage allowance depends on your booked travel class. Please check your travel documents for details.

Excess Luggage
You are additionally charged for excess luggage. Please inquire ahead of time, because the permitted allowances and rates vary from airline to airline. A pre-departure declaration is recommended.

Missing or Damaged Luggage
If you notice damage to your luggage at the airport, you can report it directly to your airline or handling agent at the respective counters in the baggage claim area. If you notice the damage later, please contact your airline.
