The Visitors' Terrace at a glance

Take Advantage of Innovative Solutions from a Single Source

Everything you need for a successful event, but none of the unnecessary frills. With the Visitors’ Terrace, you’ll find the infrastructure you require – as well as the space to bring your vision to life.

With a gross floor space of 1,800 sqm (225 m x 8 m), the  terrace can host up to 800 guests. Five pre-installed seating islands offer up to 150 seats and leave ample space for further furnishing concepts.

Furthermore, you can integrate the following elements:

  • Attractive plants, available year-round
  • Four pre-installed pergolas with adjustable roof slats
  • Five additional shady sun parasols
  • Various programmable light scenarios (floor, roof, pergolas)
  • A variety of high-voltage sockets

In general, the area can be used for events from 6 p.m. onwards. Times for set-up and tear-down are individually organized with each reservation.

To help you with special requirements or more challenging points in your planning, we offer a variety of service packages as well as access to our supplier network.

“Air Controller' Package"
You are the “air controller” and keep full control over your event design and logistics. You are self-governed and manage your process independently after having received keys and an induction.

You are responsible for:

  • The complete planning of your event
  • Creating the set-up diagrams for internal approval purposes

We are responsible for:

  • Internal planning with and management of all trades, including cleaning, safety, supplier registration, parking and, if necessary, preventive fire protection
  • Supplying contacts to tried and tested suppliers, be it technical, catering, or other
  • Creating a fringe program, e.g. a guided airport tour with plenty of behind-the-scenes information (optional) 

 

“Follow-Me” Package
This package allows you to sit back and follow our lead in planning your event.

We are responsible for:

  • The complete planning of your event as per your brief
  • Delivery of a possible concept or event scenario
  • Internal planning and management of all trades, including cleaning, safety, supplier registration, parking and, if necessary, preventive fire protection
  • Solicitation of quotes and co-ordination of external suppliers from standard trades such as technical, catering, event decoration, and tent construction
  • Creating the set-up diagrams for internal approval purposes
  • Creating a fringe program, e.g. a guided airport tour with plenty of behind-the-scenes information (optional)
