Passenger support service for physically challenged passengers
The FraCare Services GmbH offers assistance to physically challenged and disabled passengers according to the EU-Regulation.
Assistance can be requested by contacting the airline or travel agency at least 48 hours prior to the departure. This early notification, as required by the EU Regulation, serves the purpose of forwarding the information about the assistance needs to the service provider on time. Direct booking with the service provider is not possible.
