Do you have questions about your visa, or have you lost your travel documents? Find out who to contact here.

Please check your travel documents well in advance to make sure that they are still valid. Your passport or ID card should be valid until after you return. If you aren’t a citizen of a country that has joined the Schengen Treaty, find out in time whether or not you require a visa for the country you are traveling to.

Document Service:

If your passport has been stolen or you have lost your visa, the document service at the airport may be able to help you. In urgent cases it can even help you obtain a new ID or visa.
