Wine and Food Fair 2017

Destination Wine: A Journey for the Senses on November 4 and 5 at Frankfurt Airport

If wine puts you on cloud nine, then you don’t want to miss this: on November 4 and 5, Frankfurt Airport is hosting the fourth international Wine and Food Fair “Destination Wine”.

The fair will take place in the publicly accessible area of Terminal 1, Departures Hall B. Visitors will have an opportunity to taste over 500 wines originating from Germany and all over the world – truly a selection to savor! This year’s fair will also include more “exotic” varieties, such as wines from Africa and Israel.

Guests can meet vintners and wine experts face to face and enjoy the company of kindred spirits. Joining us are Marc Josten and Torsten Klein, winners of the Falstaff ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award, the Fürst Löwenstein, Späth and Dreissigacker wineries as well as the renowned Raumland Champagne House.

No delectable wine is complete without equally inviting indulgences for the palate, such as gourmet cheeses, oysters from the North Sea, choice truffles from Käfer’s, the best Parma ham and Parmigiano from the Guido Giovo wine bar, as well as the finest caviar, salmon and crayfish from Caviar House & Prunier.

The occasion will be rounded out with a wide variety of events and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, making this fair a delight for every guest!

Event times:

Saturday, November 4 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Sunday, November 5 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

            Day pass: €15
