You can personally pick up items from the Lost & found office at any time between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. A fee is charged for the service. You will need the following:

  • A valid photo ID
  • The date when the item was lost
  • A precise description of the lost item and/or proof that it belongs to you

When returning found items, we are required to give your name and address to the finder so they can contact you to collect the reward they are entitled to (if relevant).
