You can personally pick up items from the Lost & found office at any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. A fee is charged for the service. You will need the following:
  • A valid photo ID
  • The date when the item was lost
  • A precise description of the lost item and/or proof that it belongs to you

When returning found items, we are required to give your name and address to the finder so they can contact you to collect the reward they are entitled to (if relevant).

You can help us search for your lost item by providing accurate information on it: for example, a serial number, details on its color, workmanship, material or brand. Receipts, other relevant documentation, keys etc. can also help us identify it.

You have two possibilities:

  • We can send it to you.
  • You can have someone else pick the item up for you. They will need to present a letter of authorization from you.
