Tickets are valid during the entire day of issue.

Owners of the "Familien Karte Hessen":

Children/ teenagers under 18 years have free entry to the Visitors' Terrace.

By showing your admission ticket to the Visitors' Terrace, you will receive a discount on an Airport Mini-Tour on the same day.

Security Information

  • Guests of the Visitors‘ Terrace will have to pass through the same security checks as passengers.
  • If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device such as a shunt or valve, please contact the security staff.
  • Please do not take knives, weapons of any kind, manicure sets, sprays or other prohibited objects with you.
  • To avoid delays at the security checks, we recommend that you take as few bags, backpacks, etc. as possible with you.
  • You may of course take valuables, mobile telephones, and cameras with you.
  • The consumption of alcohol or other drugs is strictly prohibited in all security-relevant areas.
