FRA/kr-rap> Fraport AG, the owner and manager of Frankfurt Airport (FRA), is now offering a special flight information service on arriving and departing flights at FRA. Passengers and their “meeters and greeters” can use the Frankfurt Airport E-mail FlightInfo Service to have up-to-date information concerning a specific flight, delivered directly to an e-mail address. To further assist travelers this service also features useful information about the appropriate check-in counter or arrival area in the terminals, plus parking recommendations and contact details for the Fraport Communication Center. Passengers can register – up to four weeks before their flight departs from or arrives at FRA – for the E-mail FlightInfo Service. Customers will be directly informed via e-mail about any changes in the scheduled time of departure or arrival of their flight, as well as any gate changes.
