Parking Guidance System

Follow the green traffic lights. The traffic and parking guidance system will lead you to a vacant parking space. The parking level and row are printed on your parking ticket so you can easily find your vehicle again later.

Automatic Pay Stations

Pay the parking fee before picking up your vehicle at one of the pay stations. You can pay in cash, with a debit card or with a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). A sufficient amount of pay stations are located on the main access routes to the parking facilities.

On-Site Personnel

You can contact our personnel at any time of the day or night by pressing the call button on one of the pay stations and at an entrance or exit column, or personally by going to the main car park exit at Terminal 1 or 2. We'll be happy to help you with your problem or question.

Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles

You may park natural gas-powered vehicles in all parking facilities at Frankfurt Airport.

Vehicles that run on propane (LPG, autogas) are unfortunately not allowed in the terminal parking structures. Please use the XXL Parking (P36) or our Holiday Parking instead.

Luggage Carts

We keep plenty of luggage carts available for you in the passageways to the terminals to help you get your bags easily and conveniently to the check-in counter.

Mobile Phone Reception

Reception is ensured on all levels of our parking facilities.

Snack and Beverage Vending Machines

In case you get hungry or thirsty along the way, we have installed vending machines for your convenience.

Traffic information service

We have information on traffic jams and congestion available for you at the traffic information service in the connector corridor to the underground parking garage at Terminal 1.

Advance Booking

If you won't be departing for at least four weeks, you can book a terminal parking space up to nine months in advance and save up to 53% on the regular fee.
