At the Counter

You will need the following documents when you get to your airline's check-in counter:

• Ticket
• ID card or passport
• Depending on your destination, possibly a visa
  

Here's how it works:

• Your luggage is weighed, checked and automatically transported to your plane.
• You keep your carry-on bag(s) with you.
• You receive a boarding card indicating which gate to report to and your reserved seat.
• Please check in at least 2 to 3 hours (depending on your destination) prior to your flight's departure.
