Restructuring for Greater Efficiency

Building 201 is part of Terminal 1 and one of the most attractive office sites at Frankfurt Airport. There are plans to modernize it in 2012, at which time it will acquire the character of an innovative and exclusive office complex at an image-enhancing location.

Location and Access

The building offers our customers 20,000 square meters of exclusive rental space at an extremely central location, being integrated in Terminal 1 with excellent accessibility from Terminal 2 and the airport’s public areas. The property’s users also greatly benefit from being very close to the Frankfurt motorway interchange and the airport’s regional and long-distance train stations.

Our Power Package

Constructed in the early 1970s, the eight-story building has always benefited from its premium location within the airport. Especially the upper floors enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding area. Its integration in Terminal 1 also means that passengers and airport visitors are sure to notice your company.

Flexible Partitioning

The building will sport a flexible, state-of-the-art office partitioning system that enables the use of rental units of any size starting at about 20 square meters. This versatile space organization concept will make it possible to accommodate between 1,500 and 2,000 workers.

The View from the Outside

The gallery on level 3 is being reactivated to provide a point of entry from departures hall B that will be impossible to overlook and impress visitors. Large-pane glazing of the façade will ensure, in combination with heating and cooling integrated in the ceilings, a pleasant working atmosphere within the building.
