The Most Important Information in a Nutshell

Lot H near Gate 3 will be home to a new office complex that is now under construction. Among other things, it will accommodate the new group headquarters of Fraport AG. The preliminary plans for Lot H call for efficiently usable rental units and large contiguous floor areas, thus ideally meeting the requirements for a modern administration building.

The ground floor will hold a central reception with waiting area. Adjoining lifts will provide direct access to the individual rental units. All required types of workspaces and special-purpose areas can be flexibly configured on each floor. The area in the center of each floor can be used for informal communication and team meetings, among other things.

All tenants may also utilize the facilities on the ground floor: a cafeteria and meeting and training rooms with corresponding services.

What characterizes the new complex?
