Bookings
Does the Airport Conference Center offer package deals in which the price includes room rental, catering and equipment?
To give you the best possible overview of what booked services cost, they are individually listed and charged. This lets you flexibly combine different modules to precisely meet your event's requirements.
When can I enter the booked conference room?
The booked conference room is at your disposal starting half an hour before the event starts.
Why do I have to sign and return the order confirmation again every time a change is made to my booking?
This is to ensure that you check to make sure that the right changes have been made and confirm them in writing.
Catering
When should I book the catering for my event?
Catering should be booked at least 48 hours (two workdays) prior to the event.
Where will the ordered food and beverages be served?
Food and beverages are generally provided and served right in the conference room. For larger events involving 20 or more people, we recommend additionally renting a buffet room (depending on the requested food).
Invoices
Why do I receive two invoices?
Catering in the Airport Conference Center is provided by the company LSG Sky Chefs Lounge GmbH. The services provided by the Airport Conference Center (the room and equipment) and Steigenberger Gastronomie GmbH (catering) are therefore separately invoiced.
What information should I provide when I have questions about a booking or invoice?
When submitting questions about your booking, please indicate the corresponding order number, and for questions about an invoice the invoice number or the order number.
Services
While my event is in progress, what number should documents for it be faxed to?
The fax number of the reception is +49 (0) 69 690 71618.
Please indicate the room number of the event and the recipient on the fax. The documents will be treated confidentially by the reception staff and immediately relayed to the indicated person.
What is the on-site procedure for my event?
Your guests report to the reception and are then escorted to the conference room by our staff, who are available at all times to meet all of your wishes.
Who can help me with train or flight information and changing bookings?
Our reception staff will be happy to obtain train and flight information and change booked flights for you.

Where is the nearest Lufthansa automated check-in machine?
The nearest Lufthansa automated check-in machine is in Terminal 1 in the A Departures hall.

Where may I smoke in the Airport Conference Center?
Smoking is only allowed outdoors in front of the ACC. There is no smoking in the conference rooms.
