Satisfaction Survey

In this year’s customer satisfaction analysis, the vast majority of the airlines, forwarders, GSAs, and handlers surveyed were highly satisfied with the airport. Handling of special products earned top marks, while CargoCity infrastructure showed room for improvement. One very positive result was that our processes were found to be especially reliable compared to competing airports.


Frankfurt Air Cargo Innovation Lab

As the innovation leader in the airfreight segment, we invited the most influential thinkers in the sector, together with the wider industry and the research sector to the first Frankfurt Air Cargo Innovation Lab, held on September 27 and 28. Around 100 attendees discussed the future of logistics and the opportunities and challenges posed by digitization and big data.


CEIV Pharma

With the support of the Air Cargo Community Frankfurt, various businesses at the airport are currently undergoing the IATA CEIV Pharma certification process. Their shared goal is to make Frankfurt the largest certified pharma gateway in Europe, offering consignors a process chain of highest quality with end-to-end certification.


CargoCity User Committee

To intensify cooperation at FRA and get companies at the CargoCity sites more involved in upcoming projects right from the start, Fraport has formed a new User Committee. Annual meetings will bring all stakeholders together to inform about the latest developments.
