At the Counter
You will need the following documents when you get to your airline's check-in counter:
- Ticket
- ID card or passport
- Depending on your destination, possibly a visa
Here's how it works:
- Your luggage is weighed, checked and automatically transported to your plane.
- You keep your carry-on bag(s) with you.
- You receive a boarding card indicating which gate to report to and your reserved seat.
- Please check in at least 2 to 3 hours (depending on your destination) prior to your flight's departure.
