Arrival & Departure

Arriving at Terminal 1:

You arrive at the bus station across from the Arrivals area of Terminal 1. Follow the signs to find your airline's check-in counter.

The nearest Help Points for the Passenger Support Service are located

1. In the B Arrivals hall: Cross the street between the bus station and the terminal to get to the B Arrivals hall (on the same level). The Help Point is next to entrance 6;
2. On the pedestrian bridge from the long-distance train station to Terminal 1: In the building next to bus stop 24, take the lift up to Level 3. Walk into the passageway that connects the building you are in with the terminal. Continue around to the left to find the Help Point for the Passenger Support Service.

Arriving at Terminal 2:

You arrive at the bus station across from the Departures and Arrivals area of Terminal 2. Follow the signs to find your airline's check-in counter.

To find the Help Point for the Passenger Support Service, use entrance 5 or 6 to enter the terminal. You'll see it right away (between the D and E Departures areas).
