Passenger assistance should be requested at least 48 hours before departure by contacting the airline or travel agent. For security reasons, it is not possible for passengers to directly contact the Passenger Support Service.

For dropping off or picking up passengers, loading or unloading, you can park directly in front of the terminal free of charge.
