Don't miss anyone.
To pick up friends, acquaintances or family members, follow the "Arrivals" signs. Consult the display boards or kiosks to find out where the passengers will exit the luggage claim areas.
Please make a note of the following information beforehand:
- Name of the airline
- Flight number
- Where the flight is coming from
- Arrival date
- Scheduled arrival time
- The terminal the flight will arrive at (1 or 2)
Tip: An airline's flights usually depart from and arrive at the same terminal. To check, please consult Airlines A-Z.
Meeting Points
To make it easier for you to meet up with others, we have installed designated "Meeting Points" on the arrival levels of both terminals.
Terminal 1, B Concourse, Level 1 (Arrivals)
